Returns & Exchanges Policy (Print-on-Demand)

Because our products are made to order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retail.

Made-to-Order Items

All items sold through Tondo Designs are produced on demand through our fulfillment partners. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size selection, or preference after delivery.

We encourage you to review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.

✅ We will replace or refund if:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective.

  • The wrong item, size, or design was sent.

  • There is a printing or production error, keeping in mind that slight variations in color may occur due to differences in monitors and printing processes.

In these cases, please contact us within please contact us within 7 days of delivery regarding eligible issues (this is not a general return window). Send an email to support@tondoart.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item and the issue (including packaging, if applicable).

We’ll review and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate. In cases where return shipping is required, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Tondo Designs.

🚫 We cannot accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or color by mistake

  • You no longer want the item after receiving it

  • The item matches the description on our website

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order appears lost in transit or marked as delivered but not received, please reach out within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with our fulfillment partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
