All items at Tondo Designs are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

Once shipped, delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days within the United States, depending on your location and shipping method.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or peak demand periods.

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tondodesigns.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will assist you.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred on international orders.
